1. Planning For Teach
When the physical education teacher teaches, he always prepares lesson plans so that the learning process runs smoothly, and also the teacher always reminds students to learn material outside of school at the previous meeting.
2. Preparing Lessons and Material
Every time I teach, I rarely see physical education teachers carrying lesson plans, he only carries a notebook containing learning procedures. Like question questions that are prepared for students, which are related to learning materials at that time. In terms of delivery, the teacher uses or only carries notes that have been prepared before entering the classroom.
3. Teaching in class
Before the teaching and learning activities, the teacher lets students pray after the teacher divides the students into several groups and the teacher always delivers the material and gives questions and then the teacher gives time for students to discuss the material and questions that have been given. In addition, the teacher also teaches aspects of discipline where students are asked to use the best time to answer questions, and also students do not do activities that are not discussed.


4. Measurement and evaluation
Here physical education teachers use very good methods such as giving questions to each student, and then calling one by one to answer questions, there the teacher can assess the extent to which students understand the material provided, and all students can open his opinion.

1.1 Curriculum related K-12, is a term used in education and technology in the Philippines. This K-12 system is a form of curriculum that is applied to public schools before students step on college. This curriculum is applied to kindergartens and grades 1 to 12 with class divisions based on age as follows:  - Kindergarten (5-6) - Elementary school (6 - 12) - Junior high school (12-16) - Senior high school (16-18) The benefits of the K-12 curriculum model includes: students practicing solving scientific problems throughout the school year and not just reading big scientific ideas and solutions.
